All references to “A Slice of Vermont”, “AGH Fulfillment”, “we”, “us”, and “our” shall be deemed to be references to AGH Fulfillment (dba A Slice of Vermont) and references to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to companies, brands, and individuals who uses our services in any way. Your using our services in any way means that you agree to all of these terms, and these terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.
Services
A Slice of Vermont website is an online marketplace which allows you to sell your products directly to the customers. In order to facilitate a complete ecommerce solutions, we provide you with additional support and services including but not limited to –
- storage up to 48"Lx24"Wx24"H or equivalent shelf space
- product photos
- order fulfillment (packing & shipping)
- return service (inspection & restocking)
Products
Your products must be made in the state of Vermont and must conform to any and all laws, rules, regulations, requirements and/or other standards that are established by the Federal, State, and Local agencies. We shall not be liable in any way for any claims of third parties arising out of or resulting from your products including but not limited to the ingredients, contents, quality, packaging, product safety, product claims such as organic, kosher, non-GMO.
You are required to deliver or ship your products to our facility. All your products must be individually packed and properly labeled. We will store your products at our facility in a manner consistent with industry standard of care. At all times while the products are located at our facility, we shall keep them insured under a general liability insurance policy issued by a reputable insurer. Our liability for any loss of product while located at our facility shall be limited to the value of the products stored. Food or beverages must be sealed and have a minimum remaining shelf life that is greater than 90 days or an agreed upon duration for certain products. You are required to retrieve nonconforming products or products that are no longer listed on our website.
We shall use graphic, text, video, music or other intellectual property from publicly available sources such as your own website, your product labels and your social media accounts to promote your products.
Commission and payment
All sales of your products on our website are subject to a non-refundable 25% commission fee. Payment due and owed shall be made monthly by bank check or ACH transfer.
Optional Order Fulfillment Services
You may use our order fulfillment services for your orders from other sales channels for additional fees. Extra storage space, logistics, shipping, technical, and administrative services are also available upon request.
We reserve the right to remove any product or brand at our discretion. Either party may at any time terminate this agreement that means you will no longer be able to use our services. Upon termination, you must retrieve all your products from our facility within (7) days.
