Lamb Sugarworks is a small family maple farm located in north-central VT. We tap approximately 3000 trees and produce around 1000 gallons of maple syrup per year, making us a small operation by Vermont standards. At Lamb Sugarworks we aim to continue the Vermont tradition of making maple syrup at a small scale with attention to detail. We see ourselves as forest stewards, only temporarily inhabiting a wonderful piece of Vermont geography. We strive for sustainable, organic, and conservation minded maple production.
